All coach pitch games shall be 70 minutes or 5 innings (finish the inning)
All kid pitch games shall be 90 minutes, or 6 innings (finish the inning)
All games shall have mercy rules. 15 runs after 2, 12 runs after 3 and 8 runs after 4

Each team’s roster shall consist of no more 12 players and 3 coaches (4 coaches in the coach pitch division only).
You may bat 9 players or bat your roster. Roster batting, there will be free substitutions and your last batted out will be your courtesy runner. If you bat 9 players, your substitutes will be your courtesy runners. Each team may courtesy run for the pitcher or catcher (of record) at any time. It shall be mandatory to run for your catcher when there are 2 outs.
This is a non-sanctioned tournament, and the rules of other organizations will not apply, except for the existing bat rules. If a player cannot attend from your Saturday roster, you may substitute a Saturday player on Sunday only if the replacement is in the same or a younger age group for both days. If this occurs, you must submit a new roster. You must bring valid copies of birth certificates, if any team violates this rule, the penalty shall be an immediate expulsion from the tournament, with no available refund. Protest: You may not protest a judgement call. Only an illegal player or a rule. If there is a protest, inform the umpires right away and stop the game. The protesting manager will then give the director a cash advance of $100 and if it is upheld, it will be returned to that manager. If any bracket game is tied after completing the contest or the inning is finished and time has expired this will result in a Texas Shootout.

Slashing is not allowed, the 3rd to first move islegal.
Bases will be open. Each player may re-enter a game once, but no player will be allowed to re-enter at the pitching position.
There will be no DH or EH
Teams must record and submit pitch counts to the umpire(s). You may finish the batter, if the pitch count has not been met. No pitcher may pitch in two consecutive games on the same day, unless the pitcher throws 20 pitches or less in the first game.
Any Pitcher who throws more than 40 pitches in a day, cannot return to pitch in a two-day tournament. Max pitch count is 85 pitches for the tournament.

No infield fly. If a batted ball does not exceed the cutout or settles in the brown oval around the plate, it shall be foul.
Each batter receives 7 pitches and endless fouls
Time by the umpire when lead runner stops and the ball is possessed infield by an infielder.
Closed bases, no dropped third strike.
Each defensive team may have a up to 10 defensive players, including catcher.
