One of the most critical aspects of tournament play is the umpiring staff. “The Diamonds” employs an Umpire-in-Chief in order to build a culture of excellence, accountability and integrity to all games played at “The Diamonds.” He ensures coaches are heard and umpires are taken care of. In addition, at “The Diamonds" umpires have their own private quarters for refreshments, bathroom and changing. We are actively recruiting and interviewing umpires.
